We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in the Quality and Training division for NBN.
Our client is one of Australia's largest capital service providers, providing a range of planned, maintenance, repair, restoration and renewal services across the North and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for organizing training sessions, supporting quality auditing administration (including managing contractor communications, analyzing reports, and overseeing Jira ticket processes). Familiarity with client-side systems such as Appian, Mosaic, and internal nbn platforms is essential, and training will be provided as needed.

Key Responsibilities
