We are seeking an experienced and efficient Project Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting a major project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role with reputed EPC contractors operating in the Middle East. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills to ensure smooth and efficient project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the project management team, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes of meetings.
Manage project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and records, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible.
Assist in tracking project deliverables, timelines, and milestones, keeping team members informed of upcoming deadlines.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate project-related communications.
Prepare and distribute project status updates and reports as required.
Support onboarding and logistics for project team members, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive project information.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar role within the oil and gas sector.
Experience working with reputed EPC contractors in the Middle East is essential.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of project documentation standards and best practices.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Preferred Attributes:
