Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and financial plans.
- Become a central point of contact for financial reporting for your designated project portfolio and project managers.
- Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
- Identify and analyse variances between budgeted and actual costs.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to specific projects.
- Provide insights and analysis on financial performance to project stakeholders.
- Implement cost control measures to optimise project profitability.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
