What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and shape multi-million dollar IT transformation programmes.
2. Build strong client relationships, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
3. Drive governance, risk management, and resource planning for successful delivery.
4. Oversee portfolio development and collaborate with pre-sales teams to shape new business opportunities.
5. Manage and mentor project managers and junior staff to build high-performing teams.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 10+ years of project/programme management experience in IT infrastructure transformation.
2. Expertise in data center migrations, workload migrations, and decommissioning projects.
3. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
4. Previous experience in a consulting, services, or systems integration environment.
5. Experience managing projects within the UAE or Middle East is highly desirable.
