The Pearl Initiative (PI) is looking for a dynamic Programmes Manager (Anti-Corruption & Diversity) to join its growing team and fast-paced environment. The Programme Manager will lead the design and delivery of these programmes within the business ecosystem across the Gulf region.
As per PI’s Vision 2025, the Anti-Corruption Best Practices Programme will aim to raise awareness on the business case for corporate integrity and transparency, facilitate the creation of an action-oriented regional Integrity Taskforce and engage future business leaders through targeted interventions to promote business ethics.
The Diversity in Business Leadership Programme will aim to highlight the importance of managing diversity in the workplace and raise awareness of how D&I are pillars of effective corporate governance.
About Anti-Corruption Best Practices & Diversity in Business Leadership programme
The Anti-Corruption Best Practices Programme was instrumental in allowing PI to build, nurture and grow a network of committed private sector professionals and organisations that accept, adopt, and promote integrity-related practices in their workplace and on a regional level. This programme provided meaningful impact to the ecosystem; building a trusted community of business professionals in the Gulf Region who exemplify high integrity standards.
The Diversity in Business Leadership programme is focused on managing diversity in the workplace and raise awareness of how D&I are pillars of effective corporate governance through various convenings, trainings and research.
Who PI is looking for
The ideal candidate should have a very strong interest in topics around business integrity, corporate ethics, diversity, anti-corruption, and corporate governance. The Programme Manager will be responsible for delivering programme across 4 key activity pillars: applied research, convenings, training and capacity-building, and student engagement. This includes developing and executing regular trainings and workshops on compliance and ethical business for senior and compliance managers in private sector organisations across the Gulf.
The Programme Manager will report to the CEO and is also expected to contribute to PI’s overall programme development and contribute to and/or manage special projects outside the programme-specific scope of their responsibilities as needed. The Programmes Manager will also supervise a Programmes Associate and together, work as a team to ensure the achievement of programmatic objectives.
The Programme Manager should have the ability to professionally engage and work with key PI stakeholders in various settings, including corporate business leaders, peer organisations, and other key stakeholders across the Gulf Region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, UAE).
