Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our CEO's initiatives, combining strategic oversight with operational excellence. This role will serve as a key advisor to our Leadership teams while managing critical initiatives and ensuring effective execution of strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Partner with Practice Leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives across regions
- Drive operational excellence through performance tracking and metrics-driven decision making
- Manage quarterly/annual business planning processes and strategic reviews
- Create and maintain executive-level reporting and communications
Program Management:
- Lead PMO function for major transformation initiatives in the office of the CEO
- Establish governance structures and decision-making frameworks
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across teams
Business Operations:
- Oversee practice operations, including resource allocation and utilization
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and financial targets
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Manage stakeholder communications and engagement
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years at top-tier consulting firm (Bain & Co., BCG, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, etc) (mandatory experience)
- Fluent in English AND Arabic (mandatory)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from leading institution
- Proven track record in program management and strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as Chief of Staff / Program Manager or similar role
- Experience in business unit management
- Background in organizational transformation
- Knowledge of digital transformation
