Foreground is partnering with Emerge, a startup factory that builds and scales multiple ventures in AI and Web3. Unlike traditional companies, they don't focus on a single project. They operate several businesses at different stages—some in early development, some in active growth, and others already listed on top exchanges.
Their approach is execution-driven, fast-paced, and hands-on. They look for smart, analytical professionals who thrive in environments where they need to think, build, and adapt quickly. Emerge does not function like a corporate entity; it's structured to operate at the speed of opportunity.
They focus on high-growth industries, particularly AI, blockchain, and emerging digital markets. Their teams work remotely but remain highly collaborative, ensuring rapid decision-making and alignment across projects.
The Role: Program Manager
The Program Manager will take ownership of one or more ventures within Emerge, ensuring strategic and operational efficiency. This is not a structured corporate project management role; it requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle different aspects of a business at once.
Candidates with backgrounds in investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth startups will find this role particularly relevant as it involves financial modeling, investor relations, strategic planning, and hands-on business management.
This role requires the ability to work across multiple functions including:
- Fundraising and investment strategy
- Business development and partnership management
- Marketing positioning and growth strategy
- Operations and process optimization
If you are looking for a well-defined role where responsibilities are fixed, this is not the right fit. If you want a position where you take ownership, solve problems, and drive growth, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
