The Opportunity and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Delivery Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and management of our IT infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Lead and manage the delivery of infrastructure projects, including data center migrations, network upgrades, cloud implementations, and security enhancements.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions, adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and recommending adoption strategies.
• Manage large infrastructure delivery teams spanning Data Center and Cloud Operations.
• Manage financial aspects of the delivery teams to ensure profitability.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualization.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification.
