Venue Hire Management: Oversee all venue hire bookings for live performances, corporate events, and other special functions.
Programming: Coordinate logistics and ground transport for visiting artistic companies.
Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event lifecycle.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with promoters, vendors, and internal teams (operations, technical, and marketing) to ensure smooth event setup and execution.
Contract Management: Manage contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with terms and meeting financial targets.
Logistics & Scheduling: Ensure all logistics, including technical, operational, and hospitality arrangements, are in place for each event. Maintain event calendars and schedules to avoid conflicts and optimize venue usage.
Post-Event Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, particularly in live entertainment and corporate events.
Previous experience managing a venue hire department or coordinating large-scale events.
A valid UAE visa is required.
Event Planning & Execution: Strong understanding of the event management process from concept to completion.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and manage multiple stakeholders.
