Program Director

We are looking for a person who has experience in the following:

• Managing fixed-price complex programs, with multiple parallel integrated streams of work.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including customer IT and business teams.
• Well-versed in Agile/SAFe program management and understanding of delivery and product organization.
• Able to work with global teams primarily based in India and customer teams onsite in Dubai.
• Understanding of financials, including how to manage project revenues and margins.
• Understanding the KPIs at a program level and reporting them to multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of delivery milestone-based programs and how the teams can meet the acceptance criteria.
• Well-versed in change management processes and driving the change management board.

Key screening points:

• Look for resources who have managed programs on scaled Agile models.
• Managed multi-located teams.
• SAFE certified or trained.
• Worked on 6000+ story points.
• Worked on software development projects.
• Worked on projects from scratch and not just enhancements on an existing product or design.
• Good to have experience in managing fixed-price engagements.
