Job Description

• Develop and oversee the creation of certified, practical training content from scratch.
• Lead program admissions, registration, strategy, and planning.
• Ensure content alignment with business objectives and organisational needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and internal stakeholders to refine training programs.
• Manage the entire learning experience from initiation to execution.
• Utilise technology and tools to enhance content delivery.
• Provide strategic direction for learning and development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
• 8+ years of experience in program development, learning & development, or training.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale training initiatives.
• Strong instructional design, content creation, and program strategy expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive projects forward in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.
