Job Description:
SJG is seeking a dedicated Regional Hub Program Coordinator to plan and execute programs and projects in the first regional hub, which will drive the work of SJG’s Eastern Mediterranean Region, partnering with over 40 institutions across 15 countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic planning and execution of the Eastern Mediterranean Regional Program, including defining objectives, approaches, goals, and periodic reporting.
- Implement multiple projects under the Eastern Mediterranean Program, maintaining project plans, creating stakeholder communications, tracking expenditures, and monitoring progress.
- Engage with regional collaborators, including outreach, scheduling meetings, and maintaining relationships.
- Track program success metrics, analyze data, and develop program-related reports.
- Represent St. Jude Global and the Regional Hub in the region.
- Execute relationship management processes, including tracking in the CRM tool.
- Coordinate event management processes for meetings, workshops, and other events.
- Create, process, and maintain contracts with partners.
- Manage coordination of site visits and support with regional Alliance members.
Special Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Proficient in project management processes and tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
- Knowledge of the Eastern Mediterranean global health landscape.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dynamic and flexible to adapt to a changing environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in program management.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Office tools required.
- Experience working with international organizations preferred.
