Your profile

Requirements for professorship:

• Completed university studies
• Proof of extraordinary qualification for scientific work in the form of an outstanding doctorate and/or outstanding scientific publications
• Qualified professional experience in the field of the professorship, at least three years, two of them outside of a university

Your profile:

• Experience in teaching the basics of Corporate Management, Strategic Management, Innovation Management, Leadership. Experience in teaching advanced versions of these courses is an advantage.
• Work experience in the areas of Corporate Management, Strategic Management, Innovation Management, Leadership is an advantage
• Ability to teach courses in English language
• Ability to teach courses in German language is an advantage
• Publication and research activity desired
• Strong ability to communicate and work in a team
• Organizational skills and eagerness to work together to advance the success and growth of the University

Your Responsibilities

You should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of new trends and applications in the field of Corporate Management as well as in teaching students from various cultures.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Conducting introductory and advanced courses in the areas of Corporate Management, Strategic Management, Innovation Management, Leadership
• Planning and implementation of research and development projects including publication activities in the field of business administration
• Advising and supervising students
• Grading student work, supervising seminars, projects, bachelor, master and doctoral theses
• Establishing partnerships with companies and institutions to further grow the network of the University at the Dubai location
• Administrative activities and committee work
• Advising prospective students
