Professional Photographer and Videographer (Drone Specialist)

Employment Type: Full Time (In-House)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)

Key Responsibilities:

Photography and Videography

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, both interior and exterior, to be used in marketing materials and online listings.
• Use drones to capture stunning aerial footage of properties and surrounding areas.
• Edit photos and videos to enhance their quality and ensure they meet brand standards.

Drone Specialist

• Operate drones safely and responsibly to capture aerial footage.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all drone equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest drone technology and regulations.

Postproduction

• Edit and retouch photographs and videos using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule photo and video shoots, ensuring minimal disruption to property occupants

Qualifications:

• Proven 2 years or more experience as a professional photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate work or any other related field (attached your portfolio, social media account, website links, etc.,).
• Expertise in drone operation, with a valid drone pilot license.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license.
