Objectives of this Role

The Production Technicians at BlackStone eIT will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining production equipment and processes. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure efficient production workflows while adhering to quality standards.

Daily And Monthly Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery according to company specifications
• Monitor equipment performance and take necessary corrective actions to maintain production schedules
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of production activities
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards to minimize risks and defects
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve workflow efficiency
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs
• Participate in training programs to keep up-to-date with new processes, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Familiarity with production equipment and quality control processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work different shifts, if necessary
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a production context
