Production Support Planner

Synopsis

The Production Support Planner reports to the Lead Production Planning Engineer for the daily operational/cabin defect responsibilities, ensuring that all functions and requirements are fulfilled and coordinated in accordance with Etihad Airways and Aviation Authorities requirements.

Accountabilities

1. Assists the Lead Production Planning Engineer with:
2. Maintaining oversight and proactively assisting departmental functions to ensure a smooth workflow.
3. Monitoring and assessing Etihad's aircraft maintenance operation to ensure levels of serviceability and TDR are maximized.
4. Liaise with CAMO to evaluate the requirements on all Technical Documents (EO/EWIs, etc).
5. Reviewing and buying off all maintenance requests to ensure the tasks to be performed are within the scope and capability of the organisation as defined in the MOE.
6. Coordinating with Resource Planning to ensure availability of manpower per input with the appropriate authorisations.
7. Reviewing the tooling / GSE and infrastructural requirements for maintenance inputs.
8. Liaise with / Coordinate with all sub-contracted maintenance organisations and documentations.
9. Liaise with Third-Party maintenance organisations.
10. Prepare all necessary reports to facilitate efficient Production Planning.
11. Coordinate with all stakeholders to meet with all Production demands.

Education & Experience

1. Education: Degree diploma is preferred with background related in aircraft engineering studies.
2. Experience:

• Strong AMOS background preferred with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of airline/ MRO Production Planning experience preferred.
