Production Supervisor/Assistant Manager Production -Dubai (Sharjah)/Saudi Arabia(Yanbu)

We have an urgent opening for the position of Production Supervisor/Assistant Manager for a reputed manufacturing company for Dubai (Sharjah)/Saudi Arabia (Yanbu) Location.

Job Description:

• Responsible for operational excellence by ensuring continuous improvement in process, cost, quality, and production.
• Work with quality teams to ensure all QMS requirements are being met.
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes to improve productivity, quality, reduce rejections, wastage, and cost, and improve reliability and safety.
• Conduct process flow reviews to establish standard workflow rates and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Lead the development of manufacturing processes with an emphasis on fostering quality excellence and building a world-class process team.
• Effectively handle customer complaints through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct assessments, audits, and maintain appropriate documents/records to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage overall plant operations to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets of different company products.
• Develop operating procedures, emergency operating plans, shift safety plans, and prepare training schedules, while ensuring balanced utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and manpower to optimize plant performance.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Production experience in our industry, mostly in finishing like stitching, lining, printing, etc.
• Ability to coordinate with customers/suppliers effectively.

Education and Experience:

MSC/BSC/BE/Diploma in Chemical Engineering
