A leading manufacturer of Waterproofing, Construction Chemicals, and Industrial Coating is looking for a suitable candidate with 2-5 years of experience in similar industries.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who is experienced with the planning, coordination, and control of construction-based chemical/bitumen manufacturing processes. The Production Supervisor ensures that goods and services are produced efficiently, in the correct quantity, at the right cost and level of quality. This role also includes coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule.

• Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, and customer requirements.
• Distribute production schedules and work orders after coordinating with the sales department.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
• Create a full-fledged quality team that establishes the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
• Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, sales, and purchasing.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate training programs for new and existing workers.
• Analyze existing workflow of production and provide recommendations/feedback.
• Maintain machinery profile details.
• Prepare monthly wastage reports.
• Confer with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
• Oversee daily production operations, managing shift production for all product lines while meeting quality standards.
• Implement weekly production plans to finish production as per the delivery date.
• Maintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall costs to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Ensure that processing is done in line with the company's specifications and formulations.
• Maintain and verify all production records, specifically batch records and employee time sheets.
• Ensure that production meets health, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Monitor the performance of workers reporting to them.

Pay:

AED 3,000.00 - AED 4,000.00 per month
