Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, the ability to interpret design and technical drawings, and excellent team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Interpret and implement design and technical drawings in production processes.
• Monitor workflow, optimize processes, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve performance goals.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, with a focus on fabrication.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply design and technical drawings in production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Candidates must be based in the UAE, preferably in Dubai, or have at least 2 years of prior work experience in Dubai.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising and optimizing production processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in fabrication and production management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
