Position: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production meets quality and efficiency standards, implementing and maintaining production processes, and supervising production staff. The Production Supervisor will also be tasked with identifying and resolving production issues, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities
Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards
Implement and maintain production processes
Supervise production staff and provide training and guidance as needed
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor production output and implement improvements as necessary

Requirements:

5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
