Job description

Ability to review designs, drawings and work closely with the design department to ensure production objectives are met.
Monitor budget for each project and seek approvals from the Production Manager, including purchasing new materials, use of in-house materials, logistics, and manpower.
Monitor day-to-day factory production procedures, team allocation, store material availability, labor attendance, and overtime approvals.
Implement the highest level of health and safety standards, including submitting documents for necessary venue approvals.
Collect daily progress reports from the foremen.
Assist the Production Manager in inquiring quotations from suppliers for outsourced jobs.
Assist in the preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the job.
Responsible for site inspections prior to production.
Coordinate with site foremen for smooth production and installation.
Ensure that work is delivered with high quality and standards as per the company guidelines and client expectations.
Maintain the health and safety of workers at the workplace.
Procure materials upon job confirmation as per the approved BOQ.
Handle driver scheduling.
Arrange Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from the Head Office upon project confirmation.
