Production Superintendent

Our modern FPSO, the Petrojarl Knarr, will be deployed to the Rosebank oil and gas field to produce and store hydrocarbons. The Rosebank development has been optimised to reduce carbon emissions and the FPSO will be prepared for future electrification. The vessel is currently undergoing life extension work, modifications for field specifics and enhanced energy efficiency.

We are now seeking a Production Superintendent to join our team in Aberdeen to support this project, working on the preparation and operation of the FPSO for the field.

The Production Superintendent, reporting to the Operational Readiness & Assurance (OR&A) Manager, is an essential position to the Rosebank OR&A Management Team.

During the project phase, this role will lead all production-related activities for operational readiness in line within existing plans and budgets.

In the operational phase, the position will be responsible for the safe delivery of production targets within budget, maintaining daily contact with the FPSO. The Production Superintendent will be the onshore point of contact for the provision of support and technical solutions to production or operational issues.

The role is primarily onshore based; however, there will be opportunities for travel to project sites and offshore.
