Production Planner

We’re Hiring a Production Planner!

Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team!

Your Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling and Coordination:

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure all resources required for production are available.
• Adjust schedules as needed to address delays or material shortages, minimizing disruptions in the production process.

Inventory and Material Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and closely collaborate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
• Track raw materials and finished products to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) documents for procurement.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on production progress, inventory levels, and potential risks to meeting production deadlines.
• Continuously evaluate processes to identify areas for cost savings and production optimization.

Project Coordination and Support:

• Assist in preparing technical specifications and procurement documentation for materials.
• Ensure all technical requirements and customer specifications are met throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure production schedules align with project goals and timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling software.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in cross-functional teamwork is a plus.
