Job Description

• Oversee production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products while managing resources effectively.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards and minimize defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to align production goals with business objectives.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage production budgets, forecasting expenses, and reducing costs without compromising quality.
• Coordinate maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to promote a safe working environment and reduce workplace accidents.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance team performance and foster career development.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting production performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to innovate and enhance production capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with machinery and equipment relevant to the specific production line and industry.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, with additional language proficiency preferred for multinational environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting complex data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred for strategic roles.
