Production Manager (Joinery & Custom Office Furniture)

NAVO is expanding into custom office furniture manufacturing by launching a joinery in Dubai. To lead this new venture, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager who can oversee manufacturing operations. If you are a proactive leader with strong technical expertise in woodworking, CNC machining, and factory operations, this role is for you!

Production & Operations Management

• Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for custom office furniture.
• Develop production plans, schedules, and workflows to ensure efficiency.
• Manage raw material usage, optimize costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure high-quality output while meeting project deadlines.

Procurement & Supply Chain Management

• Source wood, laminates, veneers, and hardware from reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate cost-effective pricing and manage vendor relationships.
• Track inventory levels and ensure raw materials are available for production.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise a team of carpenters, finishers, painters, and CNC operators.
• Train staff on best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Scale the team as production volume increases.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all furniture meets industry quality standards and client specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety and regulatory compliance (Dubai Municipality).
• Perform regular quality checks on production output.

3+ years experience in joinery/furniture production (custom office furniture preferred).

Strong knowledge of CNC programming, woodworking machinery, and material selection.

Hands-on experience in production planning, quality control, and factory operations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, CNC software, and ERP systems (a plus).

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a production team.

Ability to handle supplier negotiations & inventory management.
