We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations for Furniture Upholstery furnishings Fit-Outs.
This role requires expertise in Production Planning and Control (PPC) and optimization and the ability to lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the production processes run smoothly, efficiently and in alignment with our company’s quality standards and business goals.
Role Overview:
As the Production Manager, you will manage the entire production process ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process from planning to ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective production planning and control (PPC) strategies.
- Lead a team to achieve operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor production workflows and equipment, resolving any operational hindrances that arise.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and other departments to align production with overall business goals.
- Analyze production metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading manufacturing activities, preferably in the furniture sector.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and control (PPC) techniques.
- Proven experience in industrial engineering optimization and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex production data and make informed decisions.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 7000 AED - 12000 AED per month
