Production Manager - Foundry

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct periodic collaboration and discussion meetings with sales, engineering & design and supply chain teams, for ensuring on-time and effective fulfilment of key orders and resolution of conflicts.
2. In line with Material Resource Plan and Work order, break down work order into shift wise plans for production, including molding & melting operations.
3. Supervise equipment setup and tooling as per production plans.
4. Facilitate and monitor the coordination with relevant departments for raw materials, consumables, etc.
5. Coordinate with supply chain teams to plan dispatch or movements of finished goods.
