Job Description
- Oversee the entire joinery production process from planning to execution.
- Ensure all joinery work adheres to exhibitor standards and client specifications.
- Manage and coordinate with the production team, including carpenters, joiners, and other skilled workers.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets the required standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in joinery techniques and materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in joinery production management, preferably within the exhibition or events industry.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and standards.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
