Job description

Foreground is partnering with a leading production house company specializing in printing, booths manufacturing, and branding solutions, based in the UAE to find an experienced and Production Manager.

Role Overview:

A results-oriented Production Manager with expertise in managing diverse production operations and a proven ability to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will oversee all production activities, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight & Efficiency:

  1. Plan, organize, and manage all production operations, including printing, booth construction, gift item production, event setups, and branding projects.
  2. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

Quality Assurance:

  1. Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products and services meet the company’s high standards.
  2. Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to minimize errors and waste.
  3. Address and resolve production-related issues promptly.

Team Leadership & Development:

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  2. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  3. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Vendor & Resource Management:

  1. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  2. Maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production processes.
  3. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms and cost savings.

Health & Safety Compliance:

  1. Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  2. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.

Event & Branding Management:

  1. Oversee the production and execution of branding materials for events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure event setups and branding projects are executed flawlessly.
  3. Manage timelines and budgets for event-related production tasks.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  1. Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, costs, and performance to senior management.
  2. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a production house, printing, events, or branding environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of production processes for printing, booth construction, gift item manufacturing, and event branding.
  3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in production environments.
