We're Hiring: Production Manager UAE (Building Materials Industry)

Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for a dynamic opportunity in the building materials industry? Our client, a leading manufacturer in the UAE, is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead their production operations and drive efficiency, quality, and safety in their facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Lead and develop production teams, ensuring strong technical and leadership competencies.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture.
• Manage QA & QC processes, minimizing rework and reject rates.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee maintenance of company assets to minimize downtime.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: University Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in GCC, with a supervisory role in the Readymix Industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) production operations.

Leadership & Behavioral Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proficient in analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Other Requirements: A valid UAE Drivers License is a must.
