Company: Line Prefab (Prefabricated Buildings & Portacabins Manufacturer)

Line Prefab is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee all operations at our prefab facility. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the prefabricated cabin industry and a strong background in managing production inside the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations in the prefab/portacabin production facility
Plan, schedule, and manage production to meet project timelines
Lead a team of factory workers and ensure safe, efficient workflow
Collaborate with design, procurement, and site teams for coordination
Ensure quality control standards are met on all units
Monitor material usage and minimize waste
Prepare daily and weekly production and progress reports

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE within the prefab/portacabin industry
Strong knowledge of prefab materials, construction, and technical drawings
Experience in managing factory teams and overseeing large production volumes
Proficient in workflow management and problem-solving
Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
Full-time availability to work on-site at our facility in Umm Al Thoob – UAQ
