Production Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Sharjah. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure quality control standards are met, manage production schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet company goals.

• Experience in production management, quality control, and manufacturing processes
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the fragrance or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
