Job Description

• Streamline production workflows to maximize machine uptime and reduce bottlenecks, particularly in rubber injection molding processes.
• Analyze production efficiency, focusing on optimizing mold changes and minimizing downtime.
• Lead process improvement projects aimed at increasing throughput and reducing defect rates across various production lines.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are followed and that machines are operating at peak efficiency.
• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve overall productivity.
• Track and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for further improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to the production team, ensuring that they are following best practices in equipment operation and safety.
• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, with a special focus on rubber product specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality output.
• Train staff on the latest industrial engineering practices and technologies relevant to rubber manufacturing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and other relevant certifications.
• Minimum of five years of experience in rubber manufacturing or related fields, with expertise in rubber injection molding processes.
• Strong understanding of process optimization techniques, including time-motion studies and production line balancing.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and implement practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing); Arabic language skills are a plus.
