Roles and Responsibilities

The Event Production Manager will oversee the execution of complex event programs, ensuring seamless planning and delivery of high-quality experiences. This role demands a combination of creativity, technical knowledge, and exceptional organizational skills. The manager will lead projects that integrate various teams and technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Event Planning & Execution:
    Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth coordination across all stakeholders and teams.
  2. Project Leadership:
    Lead the execution of diverse projects such as website pages, applications, integrated campaigns, and photo shoots, while coordinating with relevant teams.
  3. Technical Collaboration:
    Assist in projects involving web and mobile development technologies to ensure user-friendly digital experiences.
  4. Creativity & Innovation:
    Develop engaging user experiences that align with event objectives and enhance audience engagement.
  5. Adaptability & Problem Solving:
    Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and proactively troubleshooting challenges.

Requirements/Qualifications

  1. Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    8 to 10 years of proven experience in event planning and management.
    Demonstrated ability to manage complex event programs involving multiple stakeholders and diverse organizational teams.
  3. Skills & Expertise:
    Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with the ability to manage timelines effectively.
    Experience in leading projects involving digital marketing assets such as websites, applications, and integrated campaigns.
    Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies.
    Ability to design creative and engaging user experiences.
  4. Attributes:
    Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and adapts well to change.
    Resourceful with strong anticipation and troubleshooting skills.

    • Developing detailed production plans that define schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.

    • Creating efficient work schedules for production teams to meet production goals while avoiding overtime costs.
    • Monitoring attendance and performance to ensure production timelines are met.
  3. Forecasting and Demand Planning

    • Analyzing historical data and market trends to forecast production demands and plan for peak periods.
    • Adjusting production schedules and workflows based on fluctuations in demand or supply.
  4. Quality Control and Process Improvement

    • Quality Assurance
      Implementing and maintaining quality control standards to ensure products meet the required specifications and safety regulations.
      Conducting inspections and tests to identify defects and ensuring corrective measures are taken.

    Analyzing production processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    Implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Kaizen, to optimize workflows.

    Ensuring that production processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
    Managing audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.
