Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Corporate Gifts & Events Coordinator to manage the selection, procurement, and distribution of gifts for company meetings, corporate events, and special occasions.

The ideal candidate will ensure that corporate gifts align with company branding, enhance client and employee relationships, and contribute to a positive corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gift Planning & Selection:
    • Develop and implement a strategic gifting plan for corporate meetings, events, and celebrations.
    • Research and select high-quality, meaningful, and customized gifts that reflect the company’s values and branding.
    • Maintain an updated catalog of corporate gift options for various occasions (client appreciation, employee recognition, VIP meetings, holiday events, etc.).
  2. Procurement & Vendor Management:
    • Identify and collaborate with reliable vendors and suppliers to source cost-effective, high-quality gifts.
    • Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and customization options with suppliers.
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of gifts.
  3. Event Coordination & Distribution:
    • Ensure the seamless delivery and distribution of gifts at corporate meetings, conferences, and celebrations.
    • Work closely with the HR and event planning teams to align gifting strategies with company events and employee recognition programs.
    • Oversee gift presentation and packaging to enhance the recipient's experience.
  4. Budget & Inventory Management:
    • Manage the corporate gifting budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
    • Track spending and optimize purchasing decisions based on past event requirements and feedback.
    • Maintain a gift inventory system to ensure accurate tracking and availability.
  5. Stakeholder & Employee Engagement:
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand gifting needs for different occasions.
    • Gather feedback from recipients to improve future gifting strategies.
    • Ensure that gifts align with corporate policies and cultural sensitivities.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in corporate gifting, procurement, event planning, or brand management.
  2. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  4. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong attention to detail and creativity in gift selection.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in luxury gifting, branding, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
