We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our factory operations, ensuring seamless production and timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of factory foremen to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and enforce production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met accurately.
• Evaluate daily production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas of improvement.
• Implement strategies to improve production efficiency, value engineer processes, and enhance cost-to-quality ratios.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for submission to the Factory Manager and HR department.
• Ensure that all products meet Interiors Book’s stringent quality standards.
• Address and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations or production management.
• Strong understanding of production processes, KPIs, and cost/quality optimization.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and preparing performance reports.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Ability to work in a factory-based environment and manage on-the-ground operations.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
