Production Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our team at Globe United FZE in Sharjah. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and maintaining high product quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during production.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
• Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
