About School

Our client is a well-established school located in Bagaha-1, Bihar 845101.

The School has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and engaging teacher to join us. You will be joining an incredibly dedicated, caring, and collaborative team.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a bachelor's degree with Education (B.Ed) and a bachelor's degree in Maths.
Has a minimum experience of 2-3 years.
Is located in the city.
Has a high level of success in teaching across school children.
Has strong interpersonal, communication, written, and spoken English skills.
Is enthusiastic, imaginative, and forward-thinking.
Can inspire, motivate, and engage children to achieve and succeed.
Is able to form positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

About the role:

Teaching:

Plan and teach well-structured lessons to assigned classes, following the school's plans, curriculum, and scheme of work.
Assess, monitor, record, and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievement of assigned students, making accurate and productive use of assessments.
Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of students.
Set high expectations that inspire, motivate, and challenge students.
Promote good progress and outcomes by students.
Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge.
Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests.

Organization, Strategy, and Development:

Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school's policies, practices, and procedures to support the school's values and vision.
Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school.
Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and student development to secure coordinated outcomes.
Play the role of substitute teacher in unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.

Professional Development:

Take part in the school's appraisal process.
Take part in further training and development to improve your own teaching.

Workday and Time:

School works from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM).
