Assure competitiveness of the power station in terms of availability, marginal costs and technical characteristics.
Ensure compliance with laws, consents and permits, and internal standards.
Meet operational results of the Company in line with dispatching defined by the Grid Authority.
Ensure timely data collection for plant performance and optimization as well as invoicing.
Manage and administer fuel supply agreements.
Manage and administer the Power and Water Purchase Agreement.
Manage and administer the LTSA.
Maintain relationships with Governmental Organizations including but not limited to EWA, BAPCO, etc., and communicate with the Board of Directors.
Manage the implementation of improvement projects in the assets after commissioning to improve marginal costs, output, and availability, and reduce safety and environmental hazards to enhance operational results.
Meet project targets in terms of quality, schedule, and costs to align with the general assumptions and basis of the business plan.
Manage and administer health, safety, and environmental matters of the Company to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Qualifications
University Degree in an engineering discipline or a University Degree supported by a strong background in the energy sector with an MBA.
