Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a packing or warehouse environment, with supervisory experience is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in safety and quality control are highly regarded.
- Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is advantageous, given the fast-paced nature of the work.
- Fluency in English & Hindi is a must.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities are crucial for effective management.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items regularly are necessary for this role.
