PRODUCTION ASSISTANT SUPERVIOR/FIT OUT INTERIOR

We are a Soft Furnishing Contractor based in DIP2, Dubai-UAE. We specialize in curtain fabrication & stitching, fabric supply & engineering, and complete window treatment solutions including track systems, both manual and motorized, as well as the supply/installation of fabric wall/ceiling paneling. We also offer upholstery/re-upholstery of loose furniture as per project requirements and joinery works.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced joinery supervisor to join our team of carpenters and craftsmen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of completing projects effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating work schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, and going out in the field to ensure works are being done correctly. Roles & Responsibilities

• The Joinery foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site.
• Ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
• They will lead and motivate the team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and project deadlines.
• Collaborate with the planning team to ensure raw material availability and optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely completion of joinery projects.
• Monitor project milestones and take corrective actions if necessary.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality joinery products.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to identify and address deviations promptly.

Qualifications:

• Holding a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Proven experience in joinery.
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and machinery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• 5-7 years hands-on experience in supervising a high-end interior and joinery fit-out company.
• Ability to read joinery AutoCAD drawings and identify materials and various finishes.
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Ability for quick decision making and take ownership confidently.
• Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, site requirements, and have high attention to detail.
• Planning of work & proper reporting by preparing daily and weekly progress reports.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
