Production Assistant

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. This candidate must have a minimum experience in Events Management for 3 years.

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Work closely with the Design Team to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
2. Manage and supervise the location set up.
3. Manage any events and exhibition projects as instructed from the Management.
4. Plan a production schedule for the job.
5. Implement and control the production schedule.
6. Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
7. Determine the material resources required.
8. Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
9. Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
10. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
11. Prepare and maintain production reports.
12. Implement cost control programs.
13. Responsible for ensuring that all aspects on each project are completed on time and on budget.
14. Supports the project plan, ensuring all the deliverables dates and financial requirements are met.
15. Responsible for supporting the development, production and co-delivery of the goals and requirements.
16. Managing P.O system and financial flow of the production deliverables.
17. Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.

Skills:

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook & Excel.
2. Ability to handle a high volume of work within time frames and expected standards.
3. Ability to organize work, allowing for high efficiency and accuracy.
4. Ability to work independently under general supervision.
5. Ability to communicate in a highly-effective manner, both orally and in writing.
6. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
