About the Role:

As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding after-sales support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing technical advice, resolving product issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and advice to customers for heavy equipment and machinery.
2. Assist in diagnosing and resolving product issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Conduct regular customer visits to build strong relationships and promote services.
4. Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient maintenance and repairs.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in product support or a related technical role in heavy equipment.
2. UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
3. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
