Product Specialist- Medical Equipment

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Product Specialist - Cardiovascular/ Neuro/ Ultrasound to join our team at Bayan Medical Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Sales and Marketing of Cardiovascular/ Neuro/ Ultrasound Products and Consumables.

Location: Dubai/ Abu Dhabi, UAE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Serve as a subject matter expert for Cardiovascular/ Neuro/ Ultrasound solutions.
2. Establish and implement sales objectives and goals.
3. Consistently achieve and exceed Annual Sales Targets by planning, organizing, and managing all sales activities.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors and hospital purchasing teams by proactively arranging appointments through both pre-arranged appointments and regular cold calling.
5. Develop and deliver professional presentations to surgeons and medical staff.
6. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all stakeholders.
7. Track and analyze competitor activities and products.
8. Explore markets to identify new sales leads, opportunities, and industry trends.
9. Represent the company and engage with industry professionals at Medical Conferences and other events.
10. Evaluate market demand and strive to meet customer needs and expectations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Technology, etc.).
2. 2-5 years of sales experience related to Cardiovascular/ Neuro Surgical Ultrasound products.
3. Excellent written communication skills.
4. Mandatory UAE Work Experience
5. UAE Driving License
