About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the technical expert for our digital retailing products, including CRM software and websites. You will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting customer training, and ensuring the smooth operation of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:
