Job description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Specialist to become a subject matter expert in our state-of-the-art Dealer Management Systems (DMS). This role is crucial for providing exceptional customer support and conducting effective user training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our DMS system, including its features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
  2. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and product enhancements.
  3. Customer Support: Provide top-tier technical support to our clients via various channels, including phone, email, and remote assistance.
  4. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  5. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  6. Document and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  7. User Training: Design and deliver engaging and effective user training sessions.
  8. Adapt training materials to different audience levels and learning styles.
  9. Provide hands-on training and guidance to users.
  10. Conduct follow-up sessions to address any questions or concerns.
  11. Product Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify areas for product improvement.
  12. Collaborate with the product development team to implement enhancements and new features.
  13. Travel: Be willing to travel extensively across the GCC region for on-site training and support visits.

Must-Have Requirements:

  1. DMS Expertise: Extensive experience working with Dealer Management Systems, either as a user or a technical support specialist.
  2. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including problem-solving, troubleshooting, and system configuration.
  3. Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Training Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
  7. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC region.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Experience with specific DMS brands. (Examples can be discussed during the interview process)
  2. Knowledge of automotive dealership operations.
  3. Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft certifications).
