About the Role

As a Product Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and successful market introduction of new products, both OEM and Brand products, within the bathroom category. This role spans the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to market launch, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will oversee product inspections, colour management of finishes, and testing protocols, ensuring successful product launches. Working closely with category managers and teams, you will help streamline product development processes. You will also lead on-site visits to manufacturing facilities in Europe and Asia to ensure quality adherence and consistency. As part of your responsibilities, you will collaborate with international OEM partners and manage inter-departmental New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.

About You

You are an experienced and proactive Product Quality Specialist with a deep understanding of the sanitary ware, brassware, and furniture industry. You bring solid quality assurance expertise and have a keen eye for detail. You are technically proficient, with a clear understanding of product production processes. You are skilled in using critical quality tools and methodologies and are experienced in identifying and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy working both independently and within teams, and are adept at leading cross-functional initiatives. Your ability to problem-solve and ensure high-quality standards throughout the product lifecycle makes you an ideal candidate.
