About the role:

The ideal candidate needs to be a great multi-tasker, work well under pressure and enjoy taking responsibility. Being able to work autonomously with a number of 3rd parties and be tech-savvy.

You will be acting as the product owner in a cross-functional agile scrum team where client-centricity is key. You will be acting as the bridge between the audience of the product and the development team creating the experience. Hence having great communication skills is key.

Our products are part of a larger IT eco-system, so you'll get to learn and expand your knowledge not only limited to the products you own but discover the entire IT eco-system.

Our team is located in different locations, so you'll get to have the chance to work internationally and be part of a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact between the organisation, the 3rd party providers we integrate with our products and the development team.
  • Identify and interview Stakeholders.
  • Work in an agile environment and achieve success as a team.
  • Understanding customer needs and converting business requirements into applicable, and user-friendly technological solutions.
  • Collaborate with all business departments and stakeholders.
  • Identifying new growth opportunities and validating new feature ideas via quantitative search and industry-related methodologies.
  • Understand system behaviour, inputs and outputs as they relate to business functions.
  • Create, develop, and manage backlog.
  • Demonstrate and explain solutions to the clients.
  • Create documentation for products.
  • Any other duties reasonably required for the role.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Project management and/or Product management preferably working at a multinational organization, fintech environment or technology industry.
  • Understanding agile methodology.
  • Experience bridging between business and tech.
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies.
  • Experience in user flows and diagrams preferably having experience with Business Process Modelling (BPMN, UML).
  • Experience in Jira/Confluence is considered a big plus.
  • Have experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Having experience in an FX/CFD brokerage or other types of Financial Services is considered a plus.
  • Experience with KYC, digital payment systems, Authentication, Metatrader systems are considered a big plus.
  • Able to understand technical needs and capable of communicating with technology teams.
  • Have hands-on experience with managing products.

Person Specification:

  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explore, analyse and utilize various software platforms from an end-user perspective.
  • Open communication, teamwork and promote servant leadership, multi-tasking ability.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal is a must.
  • Curious and questioner.
