Product Owner - B2B Payments
Location: Dubai (Relocation to Dubai open)

Job Summary:
My client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative payment products in Dubai. As the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team, you will ensure that products meet user needs and achieve business goals. You will spearhead the development of products for small and medium businesses worldwide, including On-chain POS terminals, Crypto ATMs, and new types of payment rails utilizing my client's infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define, develop, and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and customers.
- Gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives across all stakeholders.
Backlog Management:
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the development team understands the requirements and delivers value in each sprint.
Delivery & Optimization:
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product features for improvement.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
Customer and Marketing Focus:
- Advocate for end-users, ensuring product solutions address customer pain points and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop a Go-to-Market strategy in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Experience:
- 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful B2B Payment products.
- Extensive experience in Crypto payment systems.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ATM, POS, and/or Fiat/Crypto processing.
- Industrial design experience.
- Strong network in the payment/crypto fields.
