The Mission:

Embodying Christian Dior's values and standards is imperative for this role. The Product Merchandiser will support the Head of Merchandising in building the success of the ME results within Mens and Baby category.

This role requires a mature individual able to build a strong business strategy. They will work closely on the analytical & financial aspect of the business and will always have to ensure a healthy business through the control of all product activities.

The position reports directly to the Head of Merchandising ME.

Responsibilities:

1. Your main responsibilities will be to efficiently manage the product selection, technical part of the buy, and analysis in anticipation drive sell-through trainings, incentives, and reports to ensure maximum profitability for the category.
2. Be the point of contact to the retail network to drive the sales and support product movement for maximum efficiency for your division as well as share prompt feedback to HQ partners on performance and market trends.
3. Drive reporting suite for your category and work with the wider team on seasonal cross-category and ad hoc project reportings so promptly business actions can be implemented.

Skills Required:

Excellent analytical & communication skills, emotionally intelligent, sales-driven, ambitious, dynamic, and able to prioritize under pressure. Strong competition knowledge, passion for product, good sensitivity towards product, and strong team player.
